(FG: TSX-V), (3FA: GR), (FGLDF: OTCQB); ("Falcon" or the "Company") announces that it has applied to reprice 2,500,000 warrants that were set on June 2nd, 2020, apart of a property acquisition dated April 14,2020. Falcon has requested repricing of $0.07 per warrant with an extension to June 2nd, 2023. This request is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. About Falcon Gold Corp.
