DEXTERRA GROUP ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF RIGHT CHOICE CAMPS & CATERING ACQUISITION

Dexterra Group Inc. has successfully closed the previously disclosed acquisition of Right Choice Camps & Catering effective Aug. 31, 2025.
