The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Discovery Silver Corp. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on Feb. 3, 2023. According to the TSX, there will be 351,954,080 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 35,195,408 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol DSV, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 254677 10 7.
The TSX reports that Discovery Silver is principally engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, or interests in companies controlling mineral properties, primarily in Mexico. The company owns a 100-per-cent interest in the Cordero project through its 100-per-cent ownership of its indirect subsidiary, Minera Titan S.A. de C.V. No dividends have been paid and none are anticipated in the foreseeable future.
According to the TSX, Discovery Silver has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Aug. 21, 2017, under the symbol DSV. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on Feb. 3, 2023, upon the start of trading on the TSX. It will continue trading on the OTCQX under the symbol DSVSF and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 1CU0. The company's fiscal year-end is Dec. 31 and the temporary market-maker is Research Capital Corp.
