BRI-CHEM ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC MIDLAND TEXAS WAREHOUSE PURCHASE

Bri-Chem Corp. has purchased a strategically located warehouse facility in Midland, Tex.

The new Bri-Chem warehouse facility spans 7,500 square feet on a 5.29-acre parcel which was financed through an extension of the company's existing mortgage facilities from Canadian Western Bank. This acquisition serves as a strategic anchor location for the company's United States operations as Midland, Tex., is the primary service point for the Permian basin, which continues to be one of the company's fastest-growing regions. The size and span of this new facility will provide additional opportunities for bulk storage and blending as the company continues to invest in its infrastructure.
