The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Boralex Inc. will be delisted at the close on Aug. 17, 2026. According to the TSX, BIF Thunder Holdings Inc., a newly formed entity jointly owned by
Brookfield Infrastructure Fund V and/or its affiliates and Caisse de
depot et placement du Quebec, has acquired all of the issued and
outstanding shares pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement under
Section 192 of the Canada Business Corporations Act.
The TSX reports that Boralex shareholders will receive $37.25 in cash per share held. Registered shareholders must complete, sign and return the letter of
transmittal together with their share certificate(s) and/or direct
registration system advice(s), as applicable, to Computershare
Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.
Beneficial shareholders who hold their shares through a broker,
investment dealer, bank, trust company, custodian, nominee or other intermediary should carefully follow the
instructions of their intermediary to ensure that they receive payment
for their shares.
