BARRANCO GOLD EXPANDS SOIL AND ROCK SAMPLING AT KING PROJECT

Barranco Gold Mining Corp. has started its 2026 exploration program on the King property, located between the Gold Mountain and New Brenda mines on all-season Highway 97C in central British Columbia.

Previous programs conducted on the property significantly expanded soil and rock sampling coverage and identified multiple new target areas for detailed follow-up work.

The 2026 exploration program will test the previously identified extensive mineralized zones that contain elevated gold, copper and zinc values, as well as the numerous spot anomalies located throughout the property. The many spot anomalies identified on the main grid may be the result of overburden, as a result; the company is planning comprehensive geochemical surveys to fill in and expand on these known anomalous areas. In addition, numerous open gold, copper and zinc anomalies that remain untested on the south and east grids will be explored.
