The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  8,333,333

Original expiry date of warrants:  March 20, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 5, 2026

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 8,333,333 common shares with 8,333,333 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Sept. 24, 2024.
