The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated May 16, 2024, between the company, an arm's-length party (the target) and the sole shareholder of the target to acquire all of the outstanding share capital of the target. The target is the holder of the Kemlee Lake lithium project, situated in the heart of the Georgia Lake lithium camp in the Thunder Bay mining division in Ontario.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will issue 1.5 million shares to the shareholder.
