ARBOR METALS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF KEMLEE LAKE LITHIUM PROJECT IN NORTHERN ONTARIO

Arbor Metals Corp. has completed the acquisition of Kemlee Lake Lithium Corp. KLL is the holder of the Kemlee Lake lithium project situated in the heart of the Georgia Lake lithium camp, Thunder Bay mining division, Ontario.

The acquisition was completed pursuant to the terms of a share purchase agreement entered into with KLL and its sole shareholder. In consideration for all of the outstanding share capital of KLL, the company issued 1.5 million common shares to the vendor. The company is at arm's length from the vendor and KLL. No finders' fees or commissions were paid by the company in connection with the acquisition.
