AUXLY ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Following his appointment as chief executive officer of a federal agency, Invest in Canada, Ian McKay has resigned as a director of Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. The company has initiated a search for a new director to replace Mr. McKay.

Chuck Rifici, chairman and chief executive officer of Auxly Cannabis Group, commented: "On behalf of the board of directors and the Auxly team, I'd like to thank Ian for his valuable guidance and support over the past year. We wish him well in this exciting phase of public service.
