The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an asset purchase and sale agreement dated Nov. 3, 2017, between Power Metals Corp., Platinum Capital Corp. and Scott MacKenzie, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in five claim groups aggregating 69 claim units (1,104 hectares) located to the north and west of the issuer's previously held Case Lake property near Cochrane, Ont. Consideration is three million shares.
