NAMASTE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES TWO RESIGNATIONS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY

Namaste Technologies Inc.'s Kiran Sidhu and Sefi Dollinger have resigned from the board of directors to pursue other business interests. The company thanks Mr. Sidhu and Mr. Dollinger for their service to the board in the past several years. The board of directors of the company now consists of Laurens Feenstra, Branden Spikes and Kenneth Ngo. The company is actively looking to add up to two additional independent directors to the board, and is currently in discussion with potential candidates.
