ISODIOL INTERNATIONAL INC. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Isodiol International Inc. has appointed Eli Dusenbury, CPA, CA, as the company's new chief financial officer. Mr. Dusenbury has over eight years of public accounting experience providing financial reporting, operational and assurance engagement services to a variety of both public and private sector entities reporting in Canada and the United States.

With working experiences in both Canada and the U.S. over a wide range of public and private companies, Mr. Dusenbury has gained in-depth understanding of business operations, control environments and strategic business decision-making, which provide a unique balance between both operational and accounting perspectives to resolve complex technical accounting, reporting and auditing issues.

Mr. Dusenbury is working closely with the company's management, legal counsel and auditors to complete the restated financial statements.

The company wishes to thank outgoing chief financial officer Bryan Loree for his service over the preceding two years through a period of extensive transition and acquisitions.

The company will be restating its most recent annual audited financial statements with updated disclosures related to its business acquisitions and, as a result, the company expects its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange to be trading shortly thereafter. The company is currently working with its auditors and the BCSC to resolve this matter.
