The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Warrants:  33,323,800

Expiry date:  Feb. 16, 2019

Original exercise price:  10 cents

New exercise price:  eight cents until May 31, 2018, then 10 cents until expiry

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 34,350,450 shares with 34,350,450 share purchase warrants attached, which was announced by the company on Dec. 19, 2016.
