If you have received an unsolicited telephone or fax call from a company claiming to be "Stock Watch" – this is NOT our company. We NEVER call or send unsolicited faxes recommending any stocks. Please DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE as we are not affiliated with this in any way, we don't know who is doing it, and there is nothing we can do about it.   

The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) says:
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has jurisdiction over junk faxes. You can file a complaint with the FCC as follows:

There are penalties for unsolicited faxes under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991. You may have to file multiple complaints with the FCC to obtain relief from the plague of junk faxes you're receiving.
