TALISKER TO COMMENCE TRADING ON TSX

Talisker Resources Ltd. has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to list its common shares on the TSX. The common shares are expected to begin trading on the TSX on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2020, under the symbol TSK.

In connection with the listing of the common shares on the TSX, the company will submit a request to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange. Such delisting is expected to be effective after the close of trading on Oct. 13, 2020.

Shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or take any other action in connection with the TSX listing, as there will be no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP for the common shares.
