The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Euro Sun Mining Inc. will list additional shares at the open on June 5, 2020. As stated in its prospectus dated June 2, 2020, the company will issue 51,282,052 units at 39 cents per unit in a public offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at 55 cents per share for 36 months from the closing of the offering.
