AMP GERMAN CANNABIS GROUP ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PLACEMENT PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO FUND GERMAN MEDICAL CANNABIS IMPORT BUSINESS

AMP German Cannabis Group Inc. has arranged a non-brokered placement of up to eight million common shares of the company at a price of 25 cents per share for gross proceeds of up to $2-million.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance its import business, general corporate purposes and working capital. All securities issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws.

In connection with the offering, the company may pay a finder's fee and warrants to one or more arm's-length parties.
