Effective at the opening, Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019, the shares of the company will resume trading, an announcement having been made on Dec. 6, 2019, that the company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction would have constituted a qualifying transaction as defined under exchange Policy 2.4.
