POND TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES OTC SYMBOL CHANGE TO "PNDHF" AND DTC ELIGIBILITY

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a change in Pond Technologies Holdings Inc.'s stock symbol on the OTC (over-the-counter) markets. Effective Jan. 29, 2020, the company's common shares will begin trading on the OTC markets under the symbol PNDHF. The previous trading symbol was IOGIF. There is no action required by current shareholders in connection with this change. The company has secured DTC eligibility from Depository Trust Company for electronic settlement and transfer of its common shares in the United States.
