The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated June 11, 2020, between Novo Resources Corp. and two arm's-length parties, whereby the company has agreed to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in three exploration licences, located 75 kilometres northeast of the town of Nullagine in Western Australia.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will make a $100,000 (Australian) cash payment and issue 324,506 common shares to the vendors as consideration.
