NEW TECH MINERALS TERMINATES BUENA VISTA HILLS AGREEMENT

New Tech Minerals Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, American Potash LLC, have terminated the mining lease and option to purchase agreement on the Buena Vista Hills project, Nevada. Under the agreement, New Tech and its subisidary leased, with an option to purchase, the mineral rights of Section 15, T25N, R34E, and Section 10, T25N, R34E, in Pershing county, Nevada.

Although the company believes this to be an excellent project, raising funds to meet the underlying obligations of the agreement has proven too challenging at this time.
