ESKAY ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Eskay Mining Corp. has granted an aggregate of 1.55 million options to purchase common shares of Eskay at 13.5 cents per share for five years to one director and five consultants of Eskay. The grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
