CORNERSTONE TO SETTLE OUTSTANDING INDEBTEDNESS

Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. has agreed to settle $672,890.52 of debt owing to legal advisers to the company by issuing 283,920 common shares in the capital of the company at a deemed price of $2.37 per common share. The debt settlement transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and all common shares issued pursuant to the debt settlement transaction will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period.
