The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a share purchase agreement dated Oct. 25, 2018, between Donald Frazier McLeroy Felkins, Kathleen Erika McLeroy Chiew and Candelaria Mining Corp. whereby the company has acquired 40 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Minera Apolo SA de CV, which holds several mining properties include the Pinos gold project that is located in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico. Consideration is 7,075,472 common shares.
