SEB ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF STRATEGIC PRIVATE PLACEMENT

The TSX Venture Exchange has granted an extension with respect to the duration of Smart Employee Benefits Inc.'s $20-million strategic private placement financing, which financing was previously announced by press release on Nov. 5, 2019. The outside date upon which final acceptance of the private placement may be granted by the TSX-V has been extended to Jan. 8, 2020.
