GOLDHILLS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAMS

Goldhills Holding Ltd. has appointed Rupert Williams to the board of directors.

Mr. Williams is an experienced specialist mining broker with existing institutional relationships in both sales and trading for U.K., Canadian and Australian markets.

Oksana Gumenyuk has resigned from the board of directors. The company would like to thank Ms. Gumenyuk for her time and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
