I usually agree with Stockwatch on executive compensation, however in the case of Mr. Woodyear, take a look at the financials for Endeavour. I would rather pay a CEO 2 million with those financials than say 100,000 with the most of the money losing juniors. And many of those bums get 250,000 or more.
