With penny stocks like Evolving Gold paying $210,000 a year for a part-time CEO it's no wonder that junior exploration companies can't raise any money for exploration that might increase the worth of the company.

I wholeheartedly agree. These executive salaries for junior companies are insane. You would think the these people were running fortune 500 companies. I feel that this is the single largest problem these small companies face. Shouldn't the regulators limit what these companies can pay these people while they are just in the exploration stage?? Most of them treat their companies like their own little bank accounts. SHAMEFUL!!

Shameful I agree and the curse of most of these junior mining exploration companies that use shareholders to provide a lifestyle for themselves, not only in salary but also in perks, lavish expenses and trips "on company business" in 5 star hotels
The game is up guys - your never going to succeed the MAJORITY will never put anything into production so why waste shareholders money looking after yourselves - get a real job
