The critical and specialty minerals box score for Tuesday was a pleasing 116-66-128 as the TSX Venture Exchange gained 17 points to 1,011. Alex Wylie's Libertystream Infrastructure Partners Inc. (LIB) lost three cents to 76 cents on 256,000 shares. The company says that since its refining system was configured for battery-grade lithium carbonate production in mid-May, every full certificate of analysis issued through mid-August has reported lithium carbonate purity at or above 99.7 per cent.
