The critical and specialty minerals stocks box score was a cheerful 120-57-133 on Wednesday as the TSX Venture Exchange jumped 25 points to 923. John Banning's Lion Copper and Gold Corp. (LEO) took a hit Tuesday, losing five cents to 23.5 cents on 106,000 shares. The company has a maiden resource estimate for the Bear deposit on its Yerington project in Nevada, listing 1.06 billion tonnes indicated at 0.29 per cent copper and another 1.77 billion tonnes inferred at 0.22 per cent, good for a total of 15.48 billion pounds of copper.
