The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Original exercise price of warrants:  10 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  five cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 9.54 million shares with 9.54 million share purchase warrants attached (postconsolidation), which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 31, 2023.
