ZINCORE METALS APPLIES TO REPRICE WARRANTS

Zincore Metals Inc. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the price of 9.54 million common share purchase warrants currently priced at 10 cents to five cents. The warrants were originally issued pursuant to a private placement of units completed by the company on Feb. 14, 2023.

The amendment to the price of the warrants from 10 cents to five cents is subject to the approval of the TSX-V.
