ZINCORE METALS ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Zincore Metals Inc. has closed its non-brokered private placement consisting of 15 million common shares at a price of five cents for gross proceeds of $750,000.

The company will apply the gross proceeds of the offering to pay down portions of the company's promissory note and for general working capital purposes.

All securities issued under the offering are subject to a four-month hold period expiring on Sept. 17, 2023, in addition to such other restrictions as may apply under applicable securities laws in jurisdictions outside of Canada. No finders' fees or commissions were paid in connection with the completion of the offering.

Closing of this offering is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
