CHINA KELI ELECTRIC ANNOUNCES CSE CONDITIONAL APPROVAL

China Keli Electric Company Ltd. has received conditional approval to list the common shares in the capital of the company on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The proposed listing on the CSE will take place following the completion of the previously announced acquisition of DGEN Technologies Corp. The company will provide a further update upon closing of the transaction.

In connection with the listing, the company has applied to voluntarily delist the shares from trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The listing remains subject to a number of conditions, including the acceptance of the delisting application by the TSX-V and final approval of the listing application from the CSE.
