ZERO CANDIDA ANNOUNCES CORPORATE CHANGES

As part of Zero Candida Technologies Inc.'s reorganization, Sophya Galaper-Komet will cease to serve in the position of the company's chief financial officer, effective June 1, 2026. The company has initiated a search for a permanent replacement.
