The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in a total of 4,543 mining claims known as the Eagle Lake claims, Grove Lake claims and Whitefish Lake claims, located in Ontario, from six vendors. The properties are subject to a 1.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty in the future minerals produced from the claims upon achieving commercial production to one of the six vendors.

Consideration:  total of $630,000 within four months of closing and nine million common shares on closing
