The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 398,283 shares to Kyle Sarwal in consideration of services provided to the company as the chief strategy officer pursuant to a consulting agreement dated Nov. 15, 2020.
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
