("YDreams Global" or the "Company") (TSXV: YD; FSE: APYYD) is proposing a non-brokered private placement of up to $600,000. The private placement would consist of up to 3,000,000 units at $0.20. Each unit would consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.25 for a period of two years.
