PIRATE GOLD ANNOUNCES OTCQB TICKER CHANGE TO YARRF

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has confirmed Pirate Gold Corp.'s new OTCQB trading symbol will be YARRF, effective at the open of trading on Monday, May 11, 2026.

The company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol YARR.

The ticker change aligns the company's U.S. trading symbol with its corporate branding and TSX-V ticker, creating greater consistency for shareholders and improving market recognition across trading platforms and investor communications.

No action is required by current shareholders in connection with the ticker symbol change.

Pirate Gold is advancing district-scale gold exploration across its Treasure Island project in central Newfoundland, spanning over 90 kilometres along the Valentine Lake fault zone near major discoveries and producing mines.
