TDB SPLIT CORP. REGULAR MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR CLASS A & PRIORITY EQUITY SHARE

TDb Split Corp. has declared its regular monthly distribution of 5.000 cents for each Class A share (60 cents annualized) and 5.833 cents for each priority equity share (70.0 cents annually). Distributions are payable on Oct. 9, 2026, to shareholders on record as at Sept. 30, 2026.

Since inception, Class A shareholders have received a total of $8.95 per share and priority equity shareholders have received a total of $10.37 per share, inclusive of this distribution, for a combined total of $19.32.
