XTAO PROVIDES UPDATE ON TAO HOLDINGS

XTAO Inc. has provided an update on the scale of its current TAO holdings.

XTAO currently holds a total of approximately 63,242 TAO, the native token of the Bittensor network, reinforcing the company's position as one of the largest publicly traded holders of TAO, to the company's knowledge, based on publicly available information.

The company reported an annualized staking yield of 8.86 per cent for its validator as of April 23, 2026, according to data from the TAO Yield website. XTAO remains focused on delivering strong validation performance for its delegators and the broader network. Staking yield is variable and depends on validator performance and network conditions.

XTAO's treasury will continue to play a central role in both expanding its own validator operations and building out infrastructure for growing the broader Bittensor ecosystem. The company earns staking rewards through its validator operations on the Bittensor network.
