Xander Resources Announces Effective Date for Name Change

Vancouver, British Columbia / August 21, 2025 - Xander Resources Inc. ("Xander" or the "Company") (TSXV: XND) (FSX: 1XI) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of August 15, 2025, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted the name change to "Core Critical Metals Corp." and ticker symbol change to "CCMC".

The common shares of the Company will commence trading under the new name and ticker symbol effective at the opening of trading on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

The new ISIN is CA21873W1095 and the new CUSIP is 21873W109.
