XANDER RESOURCES ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE FOR NAME CHANGE

Further to Xander Resources Inc.'s news release of Aug. 15, 2025, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the name change to Core Critical Metals Corp. and ticker symbol change to CCMC.

The common shares of the company will commence trading under the new name and ticker symbol, effective at the opening of trading on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025.

The new ISIN is CA 21873W 10 9 5 and the new Cusip number is 21873W 10 9.
