Xander Resources Announces Proposed Name Change

Vancouver, British Columbia / August 15, 2025 - Xander Resources Inc. ("Xander" or the "Company") (TSXV: XND) (FSX: 1XI) announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it intends to change its name to "Core Critical Metals Corp." to better reflect the direction of the Company's business. A new CUSIP and ISIN will be obtained. Additional details on the name change, including the effective date, will be provided in due course.
