XANDER RESOURCES ANNOUNCES PROPOSED NAME CHANGE

Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, Xander Resources Inc. intends to change its name to Core Critical Metals Corp. to better reflect the direction of the company's business. A new Cusip and ISIN will be obtained. Additional details on the name change, including the effective date, will be provided in due course.
