XANDER RESOURCES ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE FOR SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Further to its news release dated Jan. 15, 2024, and subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, Xander Resources Inc. will effect the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one new share for every 10 old shares on or about Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024.

The shares of the company will begin trading on a consolidated basis at the opening of trading on or about Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024. The new ISIN (international securities identification number) of Xander is CA9838792062, and the Cusip number is 983879206.

Additionally, the company wishes to clarify that it is not proceeding with a change of name at this time.
