AUXLY ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 10 a.m. ET at the offices of McCarthy Tetrault LLP, suite 5300, TD Bank Tower, Toronto, Ont., M5K 1E6.

The venue has limited seating, as such, shareholders who wish to attend in person will be required to preregister with the company by e-mailing IR@auxly.com at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Early registration is encouraged.

To allow shareholders to follow the conduct of the meeting, the company is providing an audio teleconference that can be used by participants to listen to the meeting in real time.
