XXL ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF THREE NEW WELLS TO THE FARMOUT AGREEMENT

XXL Energy Corp., effective Aug. 22, 2025, added three additional wells to the farmout agreement between Exxel Energy (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and Standard Energy, in accordance to the third paragraph of the farmout agreement. The farmout agreement was entered into and made effective on July 1, 2017. The three new wells were registered by the Sublette County of Wyoming as of Oct. 31, 2025.

Standard is a private company wholly owned by John R. Hislop, a director and officer of the company.
