BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES MAY CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES ETFS

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. has declared the May, 2023, cash distributions for the iShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange or Cboe Canada which pay on a monthly basis, as well as iShares S&P/TSX 60 Index ETF. Unitholders of record of a fund on May 25, 2023, will receive a cash distribution payable in respect of that fund on May 31, 2023.

BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about May 24, 2023, which will provide the final amount for iShares Premium Money Market.
